Funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities through the State Research Agency (AEI) and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), the GEUS-COMPASS project will develop a multimodal diagnostic test capable of identifying early molecular signs of colorectal, lung, and breast cancer in a single workflow. It will integrate genetic, epigenetic, proteomic, microbiome, and clinical data to build predictive algorithms for early cancer risk.
